It was very hard to see all the different options and the effects of each choice. When Arorian began assisting us, it became clear what we actually wanted without being constrained by the tool.
They translated our needs into how Codebeamer could fulfill them. Although our configuration was more complicated than anticipated, Arorian delivered exactly what we were looking for. They also demonstrated the tool to our team and provided a training document for internal training. We expect that there are still some things that we would like to change in the future, and are definitely consulting Arorian again when we come to that point.
